Ultrasonic Water Level Transmitter for SCADA Water Treatment
Product Overview
The Ultrasonic Water Level Transmitter is a non‑contact level measurement instrument widely used in SCADA‑enabled water and wastewater treatment facilities for continuous monitoring of liquid levels in tanks, reservoirs, clarifiers, and open channels. This type of sensor operates by emitting high‑frequency sound waves that reflect off the liquid surface; the time it takes for the echo to return is converted into an accurate level reading. Because there are no submerged moving parts, ultrasonic transmitters offer high reliability, reduced maintenance, and excellent durability in environments where moisture, corrosion, or fouling could otherwise degrade performance.
